There is a plugin for Firefox. More than one, actually. See http://yubnub.org/documentation/describe_installation
If you're not using Firefox, there are some ideas down the page for installing YubNub into IE. Or you could just switch; YubNub is one of the reasons I switched to Firefox, and I haven't regretted it.
You could also check out the "cmdline" command, which opens up an almost-permanent command frame at the bottom of your browser. (A few sites close frames, so it may sometimes disappear.)

It'd be really handy to have something like this as a plugin, so that it never went away. Sigh.

Yeah, Sean's command is neat. Simply type "cmdline" into YubNub (or "man cmdline" for documentation).
